Wicked Chocolate Brownies

Hello!
I think that it would be cool to post some recipes of dishes I ate or cooked at my host family's. My first dessert are Wicked chocolate Brownies and there are so delicious!

Ingredients:
200g butter, softened
1,5 Cup sugar (340g)
1 Cup cocoa (125g)
3 eggs
0,5 Cup standard flour (65g)
150g chapped white chocolate (you can take any other melting chocolate as well)
icing sugar to dust

Method:
1. Using an elecric mixer, beat butter, sugar, and cocoa 4-5 min, until creamy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
2. Stir flour and chocolate
3. Transfer mixture to a greased 20cm square baking tin.
4. Bake at 150C for 45 min- 1 hour or until the surface of the brownie appears cracked. The centre should appear almost uncooked. Coll in the tin. Cut into squares.
Just before serving dust with icing sugar.
