Orange Cream Cookies

Ingredients:

100g butter, softened
3T icing sugar
1/2t vanilla
2/3 Cup flour (83g)
3T cornflour (38g)

Method:

At the end they are much bigger then on this photo.
1. Cream butter, icing sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.

2. Sift and fold in flour and cornflour.

3. Roll mixture into balls, place on an oven tray and flatten slightly with a fork or zour fingers.

4. Bake at 160C for 12- 15 min.

5. Allow biscuits to cool, then ice two biscuits together with orange cream.
