Ingredients:
100g butter, softened3T icing sugar
1/2t vanilla
2/3 Cup flour (83g)
3T cornflour (38g)
Method:
At the end they are much bigger then on this photo. |
2. Sift and fold in flour and cornflour.
3. Roll mixture into balls, place on an oven tray and flatten slightly with a fork or zour fingers.
4. Bake at 160C for 12- 15 min.
5. Allow biscuits to cool, then ice two biscuits together with orange cream.
