Pikelets

Pikelets are a really nice meal for breakfast. :)

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/2 Cup sugar (115g)
1 Cup milk
2 Cups flour (250g)
2t baking powder
vanilla

Method:

1. Beat the eggs and sugar. Add the vanilla.

2. Sift flour, bakingpowder.

3. Add milk to mixture.

4. Cook in fried pan.

5. Before serving put cut fruits (kiwis, bananas, apples or berries) with yoghurt on the pikelets.
